Viscose-based carbon fiber graphite felt adopts viscose-based short fiber needled felt as the raw materials and is fabricated through oxidation, low temperature carbonization, high temperature carbonization, graphitization treatment. As the unique structure of viscose-based fiber, it solved the problems of easy powdering,rough surface and pricking in high temperature for PAN graphite felt. Compared with PAN graphite felt, it highly enhanced the maerial’s service life.
Viscose-based carbon fiber graphite felts are produced by the continuous production line,and the continuous length can reach more than 100 meters and has the features of uniform felt surface,uniform conductivity,light weight,high temperature resistance and ablation resistance,etc.
